Good people that know what there doing

I have been a Chevy customer since 1956. I have owned numerous Chevys in those year's. In fact when I was 12 my dad made a woody station wagon into covered pickup and our family of 7 lived in it. We traveled from MO through all the Southwestern US. We were “pickers” picking cotton in Arizona, harvesting fruit in CA. Hated living like that. Our old Chevy became our “home “ for a couple of years. After so many Chevys I lost my 2003 in IAN. At 86 I am praying for a newer pickup, of course a little Chevy. That’s one of my Chevy stories.

I had an issue the popped up out of no where and did not make me feel safe driving my car till it was fixed . I did not have an appt and understood they would fit me in when they could . They were able to take care of the issue same day . I love the new tracking status on work being complete as well

My appointment was for 9 am. My truck was not taken into the service bay till 0950 hrs.

I have a GMC and I called several GMC dealers several times and no one answered the phone. I stopped at the Downingtown location and spoke with someone in the service department and he recommended the location in Oxford. Great customer service and great care was taken care of my car to fix a recall and another concern that I had, shame on the other dealers that I tried to call. Thank you for the excellent service.

i never saw such a light bulb replacement sales gimmick to tack on to each bill you create. I am also done with the bs needs that you always find on our cars and trucks. It doesn't matter whether it's my chrysler or chevy vehicles. i was asked to spend $850 or so to repair a "leaky coolant fitting". My truck has never left a drop of fluids on my garage floor either before or after my service visit. Furthermore, it's an insult to be charged extra for using a credit card for your service. You already get whatever you dream up for your service rate. And I don't need you to charge me for a separate diagnosis fee because you're not prepared to make a repair because you can't be bothered to stock parts. You always charge for shop supplies, even when you change bad "light bulbs"! enough of your crafty billing. I will no longer ever darken your doors with our purchases or service needs. You should close up and allow someone with some ethics and integrity to represent the brands we prefer to buy. It will be a pain to search out a new, more fair-minded shop to take care of our vehicles. I really regret writing this but I'm fed-up of your screwing the people of Oxford.

Great environment . The sales manager was great . No hassle and no one on one with the finance manager was a new and relaxing experience. This was my 6th new car and my wife’s 4th. We will recommend to our friends

He showed more than one car and then let me drive them. I felt like I had Choices. No pressure , very well informed and he helped me set up the Tech that came on the car. I would highly recommend him. Not to be forgotten , Chad in finance went out of his way to make the purchase a realty. I am grateful to have has these two men helping me with my purchase. From the ordering of my new Corvette in September through the delivery in December, Donna was pleasant, helpful and informative. We worked through the ordering process and she kept me informed right through the pickup. She is genuinely interested in working with myself and (assumed) all her customers. She seemed almost as excited as I was to get the new Corvette. She worked through the paperwork and sat with me for as long as it took to explain the bells and whistles of the new car. It was a great experience through the process and I would come there again in the future. The Corvette is quite the car and I am very happy with its' look and performance! The only item that I thought wasn't quite right was what I thought was a "lowball" on the trade in value, but understand the Mitsu was a 2012.

Great visit. They treat you like family and got the job done quickly. It was after a snow storm and I’m glad the older mechanics came in to do there jobs. Staff was very helpful.

Service Advisor Martin went out of his way to get me the in the shop asap and try to help save me money. He does a fantastic job. Auto repairs can be a bitter pill to swallow. Martin helps to make it less painful. Service manager Matt is also very helpful.

It takes us 1 1/2 hours to get to your place for service. So we love the service and are treated well. However, we do not enjoy BASICALLY THE same TV shows each time. This time it was fish and the food chain Whatever happened to the people who fixed houses? We are there for 1 1/2 hrs. I can only stand the fish show for so long. Can you change the channel every now and then? But we're still coming for the great service Thank you!!!!! ?

Service manager [Matt] was great but staff and tech not so much. Third time for something other than an oil change and each different issue wasn't resolved and I ended up going to Adams. Staff also seems a little condescending which I don't appreciate.

Our 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 went in for an oil change, tire rotation and yearly inspection. We were able to schedule our appointment on a day that was convenient for us. Mark Twadell is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with when any of our vehicles are in for service.

I have never had a dealership help me financially so as to make sure my car was safe and passed inspection. When Chris from the maintenance department said they would cover what I couldn’t afford to I literally started crying. Thank you All who were part of that decision. God Bless You.
