Work done in timely manor. Found a few issues drop by end of week & should be good to go for awhile longer

Everything went great, car inspection & serviced. Only thing I asked about updating my warranty I was told they would get someone up front to talk to me, well that didn’t happen.

It was on time and the bill was as expected.

I have always received excellent service from this dealership! Martin is a great help to schedule my appointments and get the quality work set up for what I need. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy or service a vehicle.

I purchased a 2025 ZR2 silverado pickup truck from JEFF D`AMBROSIO dealership in oxford pa.My sales man ken ktuohey ( one of the best ) had me out the door in a couple hours. They gave me a fair trade on my old truck and a great deal on my new chevy. Very happy with ken my sales person,my truck and the purchase price with financing.I also want to give Gordon Atkisson the president of the dealership a shout out. He reached out to me to thank me for the purchase.

I ordered my new Silverado 2500 on the first of April. I received the vehicle on 7/16. The sales team was very helpful during the ordering phase of the transaction. My sales person, Alyce Colwell, was particularly helpful. The team also did their best to keep me abreast of the vehicles’ status as it worked through production. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with D’Ambrosio. I will continue to purchase my vehicles through this local dealership.

Staff was friendly and courteous. They answered all questions and got the job done very quickly. I would recommend their service to others.

I came in for standard oil change tire rotation and added the coupon for wiper blades. I advised the service writer of an additional brake issue and was given a quote for the additional service. Plus an additional charge not known to me. I found the same service at another facility for $176 less and that is significant enough for me not to continue services with your dealership.

Work was good and Mark was as well.

Went in for oil and filter change. Set up appointment to wait was there two hours. Said they found the rear tow links bad. Should have found in the inspection that was done earlier this year. Situation resolved but still should have found earlier.

I had an issue the popped up out of no where and did not make me feel safe driving my car till it was fixed . I did not have an appt and understood they would fit me in when they could . They were able to take care of the issue same day . I love the new tracking status on work being complete as well

Service staff attentive

I have a GMC and I called several GMC dealers several times and no one answered the phone. I stopped at the Downingtown location and spoke with someone in the service department and he recommended the location in Oxford. Great customer service and great care was taken care of my car to fix a recall and another concern that I had, shame on the other dealers that I tried to call. Thank you for the excellent service.

Friendly, fast and easy to get appointments

From the ordering of my new Corvette in September through the delivery in December, Donna was pleasant, helpful and informative. We worked through the ordering process and she kept me informed right through the pickup. She is genuinely interested in working with myself and (assumed) all her customers. She seemed almost as excited as I was to get the new Corvette. She worked through the paperwork and sat with me for as long as it took to explain the bells and whistles of the new car. It was a great experience through the process and I would come there again in the future. The Corvette is quite the car and I am very happy with its' look and performance! The only item that I thought wasn't quite right was what I thought was a "lowball" on the trade in value, but understand the Mitsu was a 2012.

I have been a Chevy customer since 1956. I have owned numerous Chevys in those year's. In fact when I was 12 my dad made a woody station wagon into covered pickup and our family of 7 lived in it. We traveled from MO through all the Southwestern US. We were “pickers” picking cotton in Arizona, harvesting fruit in CA. Hated living like that. Our old Chevy became our “home “ for a couple of years. After so many Chevys I lost my 2003 in IAN. At 86 I am praying for a newer pickup, of course a little Chevy. That’s one of my Chevy stories.
